'Let's Just Kiss And Say Goodbye' is a song that I remember from my childhood. Now that I'm grown and am a musician, I decided to analyze songs that I like and make short skits that explain what the songs are all about. Little did I know that my whole world would be rocked right out of the gate with 'Let's Just Kiss and Say Goodbye!" This song is about a man dumping someone he was fooling around with the months. I had NO IDEA as a child. I just liked the melody. I still like this song, but now it's just hilarious when I hear the insincerity of "When you turn and walk away... don't look back... I want to remember you just like this... let's just kiss and say goodbye." Wow! This song is a smooth as glass way to dump somebody that's the truth!  You can listen to the original version in the video below.
